It’s me, ‘Homer Lee’ AKA Terry Wayne Sanders. \u00a0So far it’s been a winter wonderland here in the Ozark hills! \u00a0That doesn’t seem to stop people from coming to Branson to be entertained! \u00a0I was a judge in ‘Dancing with the Stars of Branson’ playing Joan Rivers! \u00a0It was a fund-raiser for ‘Project Graduation & we raised over $30,000!<\/p>\n

Friday February 4th, I was the HOST of Karen Berka’s Branson Radio Live Show since Karen was stranded in Iowa! It was at the The Shoppes at Branson Meadows to the Cinema for this fun-filled live radio from 12-noon until 1:30! \u00a0I had several guest stars on with me performing & interviewed them as well! \u00a0Randy Plummer, Bob Nichols, Gail Lennon, Tyler Knudson, & Topher James were these special people who dropped by. \u00a0My co-host was Brenda Meadows, talk about a delightful & very funny lady! \u00a0So sorry Karen couldn’t be there, but we sure had fun! \u00a0\u00a0http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/l\/df191;www.bransonradiolive.com<\/a><\/p>\n

A fund-raiser for The Special Olympics. \u00a0These brave souls dove into the frigid lake waters for a great cause! \u00a0Prizes were distributed at the \u201cPost Plunge Party,\u201d\u00a0 which incorporated fun music, delicious food, and a silent and live auction into the event as well.<\/p>\n

32nd Season for me at SDC<\/span><\/h2>\n

It’s going to be a busy year for me, busier than ever with this being my 32nd season at Silver Dollar City. \u00a0I play as many as 5 characters a day – 5 days a week there. SDC opens on March 17th this year.<\/p>\n

My 3rd Season at Big Cedar Lodge<\/span><\/h2>\n

3 days a week I leave Silver Dollar City & host an hour-long campfire wagon ride at Big Cedar Lodge as ‘Deputy Birdy Tweedle’. \u00a0It’s open to the public as well as the guests of Big Cedar Lodge. \u00a0Call for reservations 417-335-2777. \u00a0I host this wagon ride winding through the beautiful lodge, then down an old trail to a campfire where you will be entertained by a real cowboy & sometimes a cowgirl singer & treated to sarsaparilla, cream soda, & roast marshmallows over an open campfire! My rides start in March.<\/p>\n

After I leave Big Cedar Lodge for the day, I am in The Shepherd of the Hills play 7 nights a week (Or every night they have show)! \u00a0In the play I portray 2-3 characters, comic relief of course! \u00a0This is my 4th season in the show that started tourism in the Ozarks. \u00a0All because of a man named Harold Bell Wright who wrote the book of the same title released in 1907.<\/p>\n
