The End of an Era – Shepherd of the Hills Play Closes Down.<\/span><\/h1>\n

Yes, sad news indeed, the longest running outdoor drama in America shutdown on Oct. 19th, 2013. \u00a0 Here is a letter from the owners, Gary & Pat Snadon, explaining why they are closing the play. \u00a0My family & I have been cast members for the last 12 years, our sons both played ‘Little Pete’, our youngest son, Evan James Sanders, now plays ‘Ollie’ on Monday nights when I play ‘Doc’, Dede my wife played ‘Mrs. Wheeler’, & I play ‘Ollie’ & ‘Doc’. \u00a0Please pray for all the cast, crew & the owners as well as the millions of people\/fans who have seen this amazing production over its 54 year run. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019m in rehearsals for the 2013 ‘Rock n Roll Breakfast With Santa’ show that I am writing, producing, & directing. \u00a0This all new show will feature Greg, Winters, Mandi Crawford, Dana Embree, myself, & new to us is Bucky Heard, he plays \u2018Jake\u2019 of the Blues Brothers in \u2018Legends In Concert!\u2019 \u00a0He\u2019s phenomenal! \u00a0Bucky will be Santa\u2019s #1 elf who\u2019s TOO helpful!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
