We had the best time &#038; were so taken aback by the friends who drove from so far away.  Some  came 312 miles&#8230; one way!  Our host, Sharon Willson was so gracious &#038; accommodating. <\/p>\n<p>Today is the opening of the Gospel Fest at Silver Dollar City &#038; it will go until September 7th.  Don&#8217;t forget, I WON&#8217;T be at Silver Dollar City this coming Sunday, Monday, &#038; Tuesday.  Shepherd of the Hills will be closed on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, September the 1st I&#8217;ll be &#8216;Barney Fife&#8217; at Bass Pro in Springfield, MO. from 8 AM until 5:30 PM for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
